Recent advances in the internet have made it easy for anyone to buy from online auction sites or from the web sites of sellers all over the world. Unfortunately, DESSINI products are sometimes sold by companies that are not authorized to do so. Goods sold by these unauthorized companies are not purchased from DESSINI Official Store; instead, they are acquired from a host of other sources. There are many grey sellers retailing DESSINI products at very competitive price.
Why not purchase from grey sellers?

Warranty services provided by DESSINI can be obtained only from a local authorized DESSINI distributor or reseller.
Customers need to be AWARE that only DESSINI supplied by local authorized distributors and resellers will be entitled to product warranty, free-of-charge warranty repairs and other services.
We are using our best efforts (including this warning) to prohibit these unfrom selling DESSINI products, but these practices may still exist. We urge you to use diligence when selecting a dealer to make your purchase.
